About Harlem
Since opening its doors in 1997, HARLEM has been supported as the “holy land of hip hop” in Japan, and today it is known not only domestically but also worldwide.
The lineup of DJs commanding our huge dance floor—exceptional even for a hip-hop club—is truly among the very best in Japan. We also regularly invite DJs and artists from overseas, allowing guests to experience authentic hip-hop parties.
With regular events every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, plus numerous unmissable parties essential to Japanese hip hop, HARLEM is a club that can be enjoyed by both newcomers and veterans alike.

From Hachiko Exit, go up Dogenzaka. Turn right at the street with conveyor-belt sushi and FamilyMart on your right. Go straight to the end, and the entrance to HARLEM is the rightmost entrance of the building.
CLUB HARLEM Staff (Part-time)
We are recruiting operation staff for HARLEM. If you love music, enjoy talking with people, and want to help make HARLEM even better, we welcome you!
- [1] Bartender – Provide drinks at the bar.
- [2] Hall – General floor duties such as ashtray replacement.
- [3] Sound / Lighting – Equipment management and operation.
- [4] Cashier – Front desk, money and inventory management.
- [5] Daytime Staff – Handle one of the above depending on the event.
Workplace: CLUB HARLEM (Maruyama-cho, Shibuya)
Shift: 4+ days per week, 4h+ per day (consultation possible).
Benefits: Transportation allowance, uniform provided.
Wage: Regular hourly wage ¥1,163 / Late-night ¥1,453 (example).
Requirements: 19–around 30 years old. Minors may only work as daytime staff.
